I don't have a lot of time. How much time is expected of me?

All you really need is 2 hours a week for exercise. We have a total of 168 hours a week. If you can make the time for 2 hours you will succeed!

Do I have to cook separate meals for myself?

Absolutely not! I actually encourage my clients to cook 1 meal for the ENTIRE family.The goal is for you to do this in the simplest, easiest way that suits your lifestyle.The goal is for you to never need another diet or program ever again.

I work better with someone in person or I think I need a personal trainer.

I hear you and know where you're coming from because I thought the same way. But when you need someone in person it means that you become reliant on that person for you to show up and succeed. If that person quits or leaves their job then you're left stranded. I don't think you want to be paying someone for the rest of your life to keep you on track do you? Because at the end of the day do you want in person or do you want the life long result?

How is this different from any other diets I’ve tried in the past?

The difference is that it's not a diet.I don't just help you lose weight, but I help you keep it off forever. How we do that is through a sustainable/lifestyle approach instead of restriction.When has the last restrictive diet worked that you've tried? The problem with those is that you can't stick to it for the long term. So instead I want you to be eating your favourite foods while losing weight.I'll also be putting you through my 3 Phase Carb Shifting Method to help boost your metabolism so that your body starts to naturally burn fat, even in your sleep!

I hate cardio. How much cardio do I have to do?

I hate it too. You don't have to do any cardio unless you want to. Cardio actually isn't beneficial for you to reach your goals, because if it was...you'd be at your goal and not looking for help right now right?

I love my snacks, alcohol and burgers and don’t trust myself to stay away. Do I have to cut out the foods I like?

You don't have to stay away. In fact I want you to have them, but I will teach you how to incorporate those things and still be able to lose weight. In order for something to work for you long term, you need to be able to follow something that you enjoy. (This means snacks, wine and sweets) You just need to learn how to incorporate them into your day properly so your body doesn't store it as fat.

How quickly can I see results and how much weight can I expect to lose?

This depends on how closely you follow our guidelines. The ones who follow our guidelines instantly see results.The ones who do the exact opposite of what we say see get very little results. So can you follow? If so you should expect to see results instantly. In terms of how much you can lose? It depends on your body, but the average person in our program loses at least 15 lbs in 90 days.
